Project Structure.
STEP-IN is a 30-month project with a clearly defined WP structure. The project is organised around 7 distinct and closely inter-related work packages (WPs).
WP1 defines the global STEP-IN methodology, coordinates the Living Labs, generates benchmarking tools, and assesses the results from the Living Labs in order to develop approaches for the uptake of successful schemes.
WP2, WP3 and WP4 are dedicated to the setup and implementation of the Living Labs. All follow the global methodology as developed in WP1.
WP5 provides a web based software platform and data integration and tools to assist consumers, energy advisors and practitioners, and policy makers working closely together with WP1 and the Living Lab WPs 2-4 to determine the specifications and design of the ICT solutions.
Two WPs cover the tasks needed to ensure a successful execution of the project, in-line with the contractual engagements, and the maximisation of the impact that the project aims to achieve. WP6 sets up, manages and engages the STEP-IN Community and stakeholders, as well as the Living Labs. WP7 provides the project management and governance framework with a focus on general project coordination and administration and supporting the collaboration of the partners.
